Lots of positive reviews about this company but it was not the case with our kitchen and it started with Sophia. Terrible communication, wouldn't followup to emails for weeks and blamed her installer when they installed the wrong cabinet that SHE ordered. Arranged to meet her one weekday to settle the mistake she made and she didn't show. No apology when she finally showed up at our job site. Working with them has been a very problematic experience - would NOT recommend. Although they advertise as custom cabinetry, everything we tried to change was "that's not how we do it." Numerous days contractors showed up, did not have the information to do their job (specs for appliances, etc), unable to reach their managers. They repeatedly asked us to pay more for mistakes they made in their drawings. The only time we have had someone call back efficiently is their billing department calling us.
