This used to be a great company to work with, but on the last project they did for us, they failed to meet several deadlines that they gave us. They also failed to call and let us know they would not be here when promised. The door, when finally installed, did not contain the pass through lock we specified. Several calls and weeks later, they still have not fixed it. My church will never use Northwest Glass again.
