I am not one to leave a bad review, but this place is an absolute joke. This is my first pregnancy, and if there is a second I will not set foot back in this building. The front office is absolutely horrific. Terrible scheduling. Terrible customer service. More worried about their personal lives and drama than doing their jobs efficiently. Have been left and forgotten to be checked in, waiting over an hour and a half to even be pulled back to sub-wait or be seen up to 2-3 hrs past appointment time on MULTIPLE occasions. they have you wait hours on end to be seen. i’m done and will be finding another doctor after only being seen twice here. wanted me to come in on separate occasions for a transvaginal ultrasound and pap. i’m sure for money lol. just ridiculous to have an appt at 10:30AM and it be an all day excursion because they don’t manage their time well. unhappy across the board. every bit of this experience has been awful. this is my first child. i will be finding a doctor that values my time.
This is the Best Dr office I have ever been to. Lori takes time to talk to you and get all the information needed. All of the medical staff does care. This does make the wait a little longer but I had rather wait and know my health matters than be rushed through like a herd of cattles.
I have contacted this Doctors office several times. I have spoken to the customer service team for atrium. And I have spoken to a Taylor and have talked to the supposed manager Gina. This is the worst experience I have ever had medically. Neglecting care when I have stated several times the same medical problems run in my family. I will be reporting this clinic. Horrible experiences both before and during my pregnancy. I was referred to the OB/GYN department when it was suspected I had an ovarian cyst. The entire appointment was focused on getting on birth control instead of my potential cyst. The midwife I saw, because I was told all the doctors were booked for weeks out, compared me to her teenage daughter and kept trying to bully me into getting an IUD placed that day - something I specific said I DID NOT want.
