Called first thing this morning to have an issue I'm having looked at. Woman answers and I tell her what's going on. She tells me 79.99 service call and about $48 labor. Woman was rude on phone. Was willing to pay whatever fees to have a unit this week. Lady on phone said she didn't want to waste her time when I was only asking questions. And along for a quote to replace a package unit. I will never use them!
