I cannot praise Dr. Reed and his nurse Sam enough! Just yesterday, Dr. Reed CALLED ME...I did not call him...and he counseled me on a prescription that he had some concerns about. Yes, Dr. Reed initiated the call. I felt like he was treating me as if I was the only patient in the world. Talk about feeling totally taken care of! Went for a coloniscopy. I didn't know appt. meant a suggestion. I got there as requested and was told I would be going back 2 hours after my appointment. Nurse then advised at 2pm that 13 people were before me. Barring emergency, I would be getting in at 6pm! I was on a convetor belt in this process. The staff was very, very nice and not responsible for scheduling btw. I told them this was unacceptable, I had meds to take and an appt at 5:30 after. I hadn't eaten since 8am the day before. called to get an appointment for my daughter was told that her dr had none till wednesday. which made me go back and forth trying to find another doctor to see her, which was very hard bc she has medicaid. i needed a referral for an urgent care clinic which i waited for 2+ hours just to be told that they do have appointments with her Dr and that they could not send a referral bc of that. wasted over 2 hours that i could’ve been giving care to my daughter at home. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION from their staff.
