Went for a coloniscopy. I didn't know appt. meant a suggestion. I got there as requested and was told I would be going back 2 hours after my appointment. Nurse then advised at 2pm that 13 people were before me. Barring emergency, I would be getting in at 6pm! I was on a convetor belt in this process. The staff was very, very nice and not responsible for scheduling btw. I told them this was unacceptable, I had meds to take and an appt at 5:30 after. I hadn't eaten since 8am the day before.
