I have been under the care of NW Gastro for 7.5 years (and counting) for management of Crohn's, and am extremely grateful for their excellent clinic. I very strongly recommend my doctor, Dr. Witte - he is extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, responsive, and friendly. It's very easy to get in touch with him, and I always feel he invites (and encourages) me to be a joint decision maker in my care. I have the upmost respect and confidence in NW Gastroenterology. I am a registered nurse and am very aware of what good care looks like. The office staff is friendly, efficient and professional. The procedure area runs like a well oiled machine. Everyone is personable and skilled, taking all the appropriate precautions. Dr. Witte is so knowledgeable and kind. He is a really good listener and works so well with his patients, tailoring care to meet their specific needs. I cannot recommend this group more highly. Ann Marie R.
As other reviews have stated: billing is a nightmare. The care I recieved was actually great, and I have nothing but respect and appreciation for Dr. Bansal and his team. However, billing has been absolutely horrendous. Individual bills for EVERY. LITTLE. THING. I’ve actually gone in person twice to pay off my balances and I’m still getting bills in the mail from outside sources for procedures I had months ago. I have never been so angry in my entire life. I have never been treated so poorly. Their billing person was incredibly rude and constantly cutting me off from the BEGINNING of the call, even cutting me off when I was answering a question SHE asked me, giving me ultimatums about what I need to do without ever listening to me, and then accused ME of cutting HER off!!!
