My appointment was satisfactory, they got me in the soon I got to my visit. The two ladies in the front desk were not very friendly, but the nurse and Jeammy and also doctor Bersen was helpful and informative.
I’ve never felt so uncared for or unattended to by a doctors office before. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Their patient “customer service” is very poor at the front office and Dr. Mitchell Bersen treats you like a “number” and does not provide much of any support or care or takes the time to answer questions that you ask.
