My first time my first appointment went great everything was so systematic I asked so many questions and Dr answered them and explained everything
Dr Bernsen is very knowledgeable. I had my first visit and feel he is determined to figure out what is going on with me and help me start feeling better. Update: I will never go to another Dr aside from Dr bernsen. He is no BS and I know that he knows what he’s talking about. If you like doctors that baby you, he is not that kind of guy. Dr bernsen is straight to the point but also very funny and kind. I feel like I’m talking with my dad or one of my uncles which to me is comforting. My appointment was satisfactory, they got me in the soon I got to my visit. The two ladies in the front desk were not very friendly, but the nurse and Jeammy and also doctor Bersen was helpful and informative.
I’ve never felt so uncared for or unattended to by a doctors office before. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Their patient “customer service” is very poor at the front office and Dr. Mitchell Bersen treats you like a “number” and does not provide much of any support or care or takes the time to answer questions that you ask.
