Chris came out and got my propane fireplace working well, he did a top notch job and I would recommend using this company. They are scheduled out, but if your fireplace needs serviced this is the company. Excellent job! They will be coming out again (annually for servicing)!
I contacted Northwest Gas Fireplace Services based on reviews I read here. Felt it only appropriate to leave my own. Actually I would mirror most all the comments given already. Chris was right on time for the appt. We had a 20 year old gas fireplace that had very small flames. He quickly and meticulously disassembled the fireplace and fixed the problem. Just had Chris perform maintenance on our 10 year old gas fireplace for the first time and the experience was wonderful. Chris was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions while performing maintenance. He was professional and thorough while also being quick. He also help me solve an issue with a cold draft coming through, this has been something that has been making winters very cold for a while. The cost of maintenance was very reasonable as well.
