Ian did a great job diagnosing and replacing our faulty roller door motor which was mounted in an area which was difficult to access. He adjusted the tension on the door spring and adjusted the guides while he was there to make the door operate smoother than when it was originally installed. Thanks Ian, it was a pleasure doing business with you.

After been told by another company, the next available appointment time is in one week’s time. I google searched and came across Northwest Garage Doors. After talking on the phone to Ian, telling him about the problem with my garage door not working. To my very delightful surprise, Ian was able to come check out my door within the hour.
