My husband is not on Facebook, but asked me to give this review for NW Garage Door. Our two car garage door would intermittently open only part way. This went on and off for a few weeks then one day wouldn’t open at all. We called NW and George said they could come take a look later the next day. He saw the door issue, ordered the parts and he and Chantel came out three days later and replaced the needed parts. The door now runs smoother and quieter than when it was originally installed. Great appreciation to George and Shantel for fixing the operation of my Garage door yesterday. They came when scheduled, explained everything they were doing to make the door slid freely, which I was glad to hear. I called northwest garage door to get my clicker working and they were super helpful on how to getting working as cheap as possible. He has even replying to Texts at 8:30pm. Highly recommend
Excellent! Needed to replace 1 of 2 garage doors on my garage. Did a great job matching style and color of existing door even though the existing one is more than 25 years old! Also experienced short turnaround time. Would highly recommend and would use again. Thanks for a great job! Mike
