The only person there to show myself and children any kind of human decency was Mrs. Bianca! The other 2 ladies made it seem as if We were not welcome in the Shelter. That 1 star is for Mrs. Bianca.
My experience at this place has been nothing short of a blessing. I have stayed here previously and had the same experience in the past. The staff here are HONESTLY good women who truly want to do nothing except motivate women to be their best and give them the tools they need to move forward as productive parents, people and citizens of society. Mrs. Amanda Miles, whom is the advocate for us ladies, has been a staple in my experience with the place. She has guided me, taught me and redirected my actions through therapy sess... read more
I don't know what I would have done without this place. They helped me get back on my feet, I don't know what I would have done without this place and the services they provide. Very grateful and everyone was very friendly.
If I could give this place zero stars i would it’s not a safe place supposed to be a DV shelter but house everyone from drug addiction,homeless people and women and children some of the staff don’t know how to talk to people correctly and they treat you any kind of way if you allow them to and lord forbid if you stand up for yourself it’s wrong they treat you like you don’t have a voice or boundaries like you supposed to allow people to lie on you and treat you any kid of way the taxi service they tried to steal money off my... read more
