After repeated attempts to get NW Furnace to go back and finish a job (which we were assured numerous times they would) and learning that in fact my tenants have not been contacted, I think it’s safe to say that there are no plans to do this and I will now be posting reviews. What was supposed to be a straightforward job cleaning out dryer ducting turned out to be a several hour affair that I was contacted for three hours into the job.
