This Review Is Long Overdue. I was treated for BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo) at Northwest Functional Neurology, and unfortunately, my experience has had devastating and lasting consequences. The first doctor, Dr. Jeffrey McNally performed an incomplete canalith maneuver on me, which triggered a cascade of severe vestibular episodes.
