I can’t say enough good things about NW Forklift. Their sales team and customer service have been outstanding from start to finish. They are knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and genuinely focused on finding the right solution rather than simply making a sale. Every interaction has been easy and straightforward, and they have gone above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. It’s refreshing to work with a company that actually values its customers and stands behind its service.

Highly do not reccomend this shop. They lack the ability to accurately diagnose problems rather they just want to throw parts and labor charges at you, tell you, oops that didn't fix the problem, then tell you, you need to buy more parts to maybe fix the issue. Maybe not. They are also very slow and do not communicate timelines clearly. This is only a place to go if you are willing to write them a blank check and don't care how long your equipment is out of service.

We have worked with Northwest Forklift for many years now. Tati, Paul and the team are professional and a joy to work with. We can't recommend them enough.

We are thrilled to share our outstanding experience with the professional staff. During a minor breakdown of our lift, we faced a significant challenge in locating the necessary part. Lexi-Ann was thorough, incredibly helpful, and proactive in addressing the issue. She went above and beyond in assisting us to find a replacement for our 30-year-old lift. We are excited to continue working with them in the future!
