I feel that if a 0 star review was possible that they would deserve it. After waiting for more than a week for a service call the tech was scheduled to be here on 7/6/21. He was a no show, no call. I was told when I called part way through the day that he was finishing up another job and would be here around 1 PM. Never heard after that. I called on 7/7/21 and was told that he did not make it and that an email was sent (I did not receive and email) this morning. I was told by Shay that the tech are in training today and tomo... read more
