HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! The staff is extremely unprofessional and they couldn’t care less about their tenants. If you are considering this HUD housing please keep looking especially if you are a woman with kids. They allow tenants to have men who are not authorized to live on the property. They don’t fix anything. We have not had a properly functioning sink in months. I have complained about my loud obnoxious noise making neighbors and they have done nothing. When Sherie Sanders was over the Bradford county area she was very patient , professional , courteous and understanding , considerate , outstanding & a very respectful person that didn't hesitate to do her job requirements as a housing authority counselor and she was always quickly to correct & address any issues that section 8 tenants were having , we miss you .
They are very understanding.
