Months of unfulfilled work led to Kyle stating he would send a refund in Feb 2025-blaming his contractors and suppliers for inabilities to fulfill the work order. It’s now May and multiple attempts made, he still has our money. Started out strong with good communication, helpful in answering questions. Wish these reviews were more public. Kyle at NFPB started out great. Had a 40'x60' pole barn built and it was good. He then convinced me to use him for concrete. 2 months after he poured the concrete the form boards were still up and trash left everywhere on my land. I then spent hours removing form boards. Upon removing them, he did not dig footer and the dirt had washed away. After several attempts to contact Kyle, he all of a sudden cannot answer his phone and will not respond to any request. Too bad zero isn't a rating. I'm out $8300 and a pole barn that can't be used as intended. Slab is below grade so can't enclose. Roof is not finished, roof overhang is 9" at one end and 24" at the other, no facia board. Left trash. Repeated no show.
Beware! I echo the other poor reviews that I wish I had seen before I did any business with Kyle or Northwest Florida Pole Barns. See the pictures I have attached that detail my experience. I still do not have a pole barn and he has almost $4800 as a down payment in November. I will be contacting BBB and FL Dept of Business and Professional Regulation also.
