I have been going to them for three years NEVER had an issue with them they were always nice when I went for my appointments even being 10 minutes late due to me having 5 kids and only one working vehicle coming all the way from Navarre. Today was terrible and I’ll be filing a complaint with Human Health services for the way I was treated today. I was on my way to my 1pm appointment.. The health department sent us here with a sliding scale payment referral and Emergency Medicare and the front office staff stated they didn’t work with the health department nor do they do a sliding scale and we will owe $2700 on the first visit. Will be reporting to the health department and to medicare that HCA has apparently decided to not work with them anymore per their office staff on 09/26/23 @ 11:10am Pretty sure this is somewhat illegal or a breach in contract for state/Federal funding that this office receives.

My experience at this location has been terrible. Do not go here. I have tired to get an appointment at this location for a year and a half. The first time I went in to get my IUD removed, I was told it would have to be surgically removed and they would get back to me about when that would happen. When no one called me for two weeks, I called and the employee who answered the phone told me to not call again and they would get to me when they got to me. The absolute worst OB I have ever been to. They dismissed me, time after time. If you ever want to be seen, or herd as a patient, I recommend going somewhere else.
