No call and no showed me after I planned my whole morning around this guy. Extremely unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend this company to a soul! You’ve been warned.. EDITED.. your response is extremely inaccurate. I reached out to him first to confirm his arrival and he didn’t reply back until almost 15 mins before the scheduled time. I had a wonderful experience with this electrical company! Clayton came out as soon as I asked for an estimate and mainly to get a second opinion on the work that needed to be done at my home. He quoted me 20% of what Peaden wanted to charge me so it was a brainer when I made the decision to get the work done. They upgraded our electrical panel and wired our home for a fast EV charger in less than 4 hours. I was super impressed with their work! I highly recommend them!
They showed up when they said they’d be here. Well mannered, cleaned up behind themselves. Did a great job. *They we’re kind to each other too!
The owners of this company are very rude, vulgar, and unprofessional people. I contacted them to do some work on my grandmother's house, after 3 weeks of no response, they gave me a quote. When they came to perform the work, they left that afternoon with half of the electricity in the house not working. I called to ask them to finish or give a refund and was told by Brooke that they would take me to court and take my grandmothers house afterwards if I wanted to play that game.
