I am giving NW float center 1 star. I bought my wife 2 floats for her birthday. Everything from buying the floats to scheduling the floats has been very easy. Due to curiosity about COVID restrictions and to ensure that her floats are still scheduled I have attempted to call them 15x over a 3 day period. There are 2 different numbers to call depending on if you call the number on their website or the number on the confirmation email. We had 2 floats set up for July 9th at 6 pm. My daughter came in from Tucson for a visit and thought it would be a good thing to try. Any ways we showed up at 5:50 and Waited around till 6:25 no one showed up to open up the place.. Called the # and it was out of service. Really bummed out about it.
I bought a 2 float package for my wife's birthday in April, and scheduled the appointments online. A week before the appointment, I received a voice mail that they had to cancel all appointments for the next 2 weeks, due to a mechanical problem. Since then, I have sent messages on Messenger, tried to call their number, and have absolutely no response. I'm guessing they went belly up, but I want my money back. I will be contacting my credit card company this week, and will also be contacting the BBB, and perhaps the AG office... read more
