The paperwork process was rather simple and quick. They helped us pick a good family car and were able to work with our trade in. The negatives, we had the car for a month and it started acting up. We took it to them and they said nothing is wrong. We have had the vehicle 9 months now and we have had to change the drive line, rotars, axles, back windshield wiper, and fix the clanking when the automatic trunk door closes. So it's been a nightmare with a ton of extra money going into the vehicle.
