After receiving written confirmation from the gym that my membership had been cancelled and that my balance was $0.00, we continued to receive repeated text messages demanding that we resolve alleged membership issues. Told to cancel through the app or come down. Tried via app repeatedly with no success and have moved due to wife being military, then sent to collections while attempting to cancel.

I have gone to this gym for quite a few years. Overall quality is fine, they have exactly what you need and is cheap and affordable. Many different machines and isn't too busy even around the evening times. Some of their machines are a bit old but gets the job done. Lots of renovation still in the making but the building has plenty of room and doesn't feel too claustrophobic.
