We purchased a new Quadrafire Mt. Vernon AE from Northwest Fireplace in November of 2009. I originally spoke with Janet who was very familiar with the Quadra Fire product. I also spoke with John who was very helpful. I decided to make the purchase after their recommendations. The Mt. Vernon AE heats our 2600 square foot home with btu's to spare. We let it burn 24/7 last winter, controlled by the thermostat. Our home is cozy like never before. Thanks to Janet and John for their expertise.

We purchased a new gas stove from Northwest Fireplace. The installer who they set us up with did a wonderful job. We just love our stove.

I would just like to say that NWFireplace only offers what they can provide and only charges for what they sell and the customers are always informed of any charges prior. There was an instance where a charges was disputed by the customer and the bank refunded the amount and when the bank decided that the charge was valid it was then recharged to the account, not by NWFireplace, but by the bank.

The person who provides the service is factory trained and certified and has been doing this job for over 10 years. Even though we have complete confidence in our service provider I wanted to point out that he is not acually employed by Northwest Fireplace, so if you would like to put a bad reveiw, maybe you should know which company you are reveiwing.

when we purchased our pellet stove we asked the owner to come out and measure our fire place box and our chimney so that the the chimney cap we requested could be installed when the stove was delivered. On the delivery day the stove did not fit and they did not bring the cap. They were going to leave the stove on the hearth but is our only source of heat so I was forced to hack my mantle opening to allow the stove to fit. I am a general conractor and purchased fireplace and installation f or a client. fire place was installed and paid for. we requested service for our customer on the unit as the flame control appeared to do nothing. was told on the phone that it was ok and refused to service. It very well may be right , but it is not reasonable to say that without looking at first. I take it back they agreed to look at but were going to charge me for the trip.
