Great experience from start to finish. The entire process was communicated to me so I was never wondering what was going to happen next. New fence is beautiful.
We bought a fence for our back yard and it did not even last ONE whole week! One storm and it is damaged and needs urgent repair. The "life time warranty" does NOT cover the damage according to Gina. So basically they sell you the fence and walk away when the product is subpar and try to refer you to others for help. We are very satisfied with our new fence. This company went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service on all ends. It was done professionally, quickly, no mess left behind. They did unfortunately cut the underground internet wire however it was handled properly, the internet company was informed to repair right away and the fence company took care of the cost immediately. From start to finish, the whole process was seamless, professional, and well done. Josh provided the best quote out of four other fence companies. Tina handled the detail's flawlessly from start to finish. Polo and Chris worked through a raging rainstorm to complete the installation in one day. I highly recommend Northwest Fence for your next Fence.
