I have given this credit union so many bad reviews I almost forgot them. I've been with this credit union for many years and the results are always the same. I remember when the state raided my checking account for thousands of dollars which I didn't owe them, and the NWFCU person who called to tell me laughed about it. I should have left then. I did think highly of this credit union, but they changed their website for payment. I was charged additional fees for making a payment and the wait for an customer service agent was absurdly long. Very annoyed customer.
