We have had a great experience with the Basketball program at YMCA. My son loved going and learned so much!
I’m new to this YMCA, I went to attend the Body Balance Class as it was named on the July , August , and September class schedule, I recently had spine fusion’s and deal with Parkinson’s Disease. Balance is something I would like to work on. When I got to the class , students were doing Stand Up Yoga vigorously stretching their bodies in all different directions, up and down , barefoot and on mats. Even though this is generally a good place, my experience was disappointing on two occasions. I enrolled my son in swimming lessons twice, each time with a different instructor, and unfortunately the outcome was the same. The young instructors seemed to lack experience in working with children, especially those with special needs or who are more energetic. Because of this, I would not recommend these lessons for families in similar situations.
Very convenient, well equipped with weight machines and free weights, friendly staff, clean and well maintained, and very affordable.
