Was not happy with how I was treated on the phone when I tried to rectify a situation the women was rude in her response to me need to train your staff better on how to treat a paying customer otherwise very happy with this place
I do enjoy this gym however ta minor problem is the staff is always supposed to have someone monitor the fitness room but Frequently after school and on weekends young children and teens are hanging out on machines. Even with this minor issue I recommend this Y to anyone at any age. I feel there’s enough to fit everyone’s needs. The machines are top of the line and easy to use. People are here from all different fitness levels. Give it a try 👍
