Just had one of the worst experiences ever with Kristen in scheduling at the Crystal location. KRISTEN was completely unprofessional, rude, condescending and completely unpleasant. I called in initially to check on a bill. When I was done with the billing I was transferred to the crystal location to ask about getting a vaccination, and was transferred to the TRIAGE nurse for my doctor by the operator.
