I have been going to the Post Falls NWFM for years and have been very happy, but live in Athol. When this opened up i was so excited not to have to drive to post falls anymore. I quickly found out that if you want to get setup with the actual DR at this place that it would take months to get in to see him. Waiting months for a simple doctor appointment is absolutely ridiculous and you would think that if he is back logged that far out that he should stop accepting new patients just making it worse. I am someone who is extremely susceptible to contracting strep. I have had strep 5 times in one year (started dating someone who turned out to be asymtamati-he died because his doctor didn’t believe) came in contact with someone almost 5 days previously. It took a while, but slowly I started to feel crappy until I knew it was strep. I made an appointment with the only doctor who could see me. She prescribed me penicillin. Beware of fraudulent billing practices from this facility!! I went in for a standard "Wellness Visit/Physical" which is covered by my insurance. 6 weeks later I get a bill in the mail-$290 for a office visit. Tried calling them multiple times, requesting them to code it for the treatment that I received. The response-"We can't change the code as its against the Law". Its no wonder the US medical system is so out of whack!
Friendly, helpful, caring staff/ employees!!! Calm, relaxing, clean atmosphere! It is very hard to find a good doctors' office nowadays, but this place makes you feel cared about, valued, and well taken care of... thank you!!! ♥️
Holly collins and her staff are very skilled and knowledgeable. Highly recommend, nice facility everyone there is super friendly and got me in quickly!
