I think I had 4 new providers within a year, absolutely insane.
They have changed my PCP 3 times. Instead of replacing a PCP for their patients they wait for you to call then place you with someone who’s there maybe 6 months. I am not using a 4th PCP through them. Go elsewhere.
Honestly I’m pretty disappointed in this doctors office. I’ve been going there on and off for a couple years. I scheduled a new patient appointment about two months ago to be seen and I go in and they tell me I don’t have an appt, that they called to reschedule twice, my phone number on file was not correct and what’s funny is the girl I talked to, to initially schedule, asked what my phone number was and “updated it”. Dr*s are fine..... But what good is that when their staff doesn't flow through with prescription/pharmacy contacts? I have called the clinic 4 times for help with getting a prescription filled that their clinic Dr had written. The pharmacist has given up.... What was needed was a simple diagnostic code for the pharmacist to fill the prescription. Another prescription took TWO WEEKS to make it to the pharmacy. I was titrating off of a med.
