Very friendly and didn’t wait long.
The sticker shock I felt when I received my bill from Northwest Eyecare (Rock Falls, and I saw Dr. Hanlon) was totally my fault. Previous to my first and only visit, I did not call to ask for pricing, as I thought the pricing would be similar to other eyecare clinics I have been to. Boy was I wrong. I only needed contact lenses, not glasses. I was charged over $300 for the exam alone. When asked, I was told that the exams covers both services, even if you don't need both.
