I would not even give this medical office one star. Dr Victor Chin said my cataracts were bad, but not bad enough for my insurance company to agree to surgery. He said he'd do the surgery tomorrow if they would approve it, and that my life would be a lot better if I could see netter. I called my insurance and got their approval. Then dr Chin would not return my calls, and his receptionist did not know what to do.
