I am a disabled combat veteran and have bought eyewash and lube from northwest eye design for years. I am sick of the incompetency. They can't package the eyewash properly so I end up getting a package soaked like no other. This is why I only buy suction cups and lube from them,now. Well,turns out they can't package those items properly,either. I ordered two suction cups and two bottles of prosthetic eye lube and only received one bottle. where do you start? I’ve been using these guys for decades. They probably made over 6 to 8 replacements over the years. i started with some of their prior family members in seattle in the 60’s and bounced around a bit with other family members but ended up settling with the talented crew of Christine retired and Todd and upcoming Tawnyn. they are the best, friendly, talented just awesome group from the front desk to the top. These folks are truly artists. I've had several friends comment that they couldn't tell a difference between my natural eye and my prosthesis. One said, "hey, I thought you had an eye removed!". On top of that, everyone at NW Eye Design are just nice, friendly people who makes you feel comfortable. I very highly recommend them.
I was very nervous when I first knew my daughter needed to have her eye removed and replaced with a prosthetic. After her surgery, gladly her surgeon referred us to NW Eye Design. What a team! They saw us, listened to what we said about our daughter who has been through a lot since birth, and went an extra mile to make her comfortable during the whole process.
