I saw Dr. Dehqanzada for suspected plantar fascitis which was not resolving on its own after several months. He confirmed the diagnosis and really didn't time explaining the basics of what to look for in a proper shoe. The office also sold orthotics but I wasn't pushed to buy them there. Just available if you want. I took his advice to a local running shoe store, got the shoes that fit criteria, and after just a few weeks, my daily pain went from an 7.5/10 to a 4/10.
