I unfortunately had a negative experience with Dr. Eckstrom. I will firstly say that his staff is fantastic- I appreciated their attentiveness and the hygienist who worked with me performed excellent work. Some of my issues with Dr. Eckstrom are around his personality and attitude but beyond that there was a lack of thoroughness in his work which resulted in my crown not being seated properly. Easy booking, transparent pricing for uninsured, and friendly staff.
The environment is very welcoming, gorgeous in fact and very comfortable. The staff are fantastic and were really helpful and kind, and Doctor Shawn is also very friendly and obviously very knowledgeable! Great pic, no regrets!
I came here after having a horrible experience at another dentist in town, and can I just say the switch from there to here is very apparent. I just got 4 fillings today, slated to be there til 11:50 and was out of there and home by 11:15. The doctor was fast and my fillings feel great. 10/10!!!
