Overcharges and doesn’t solve the issue
This is the 2nd time I have had a horrible experience with this office. I have an ongoing issue with my ears. Today I called to make an appointment because I can not hear out of my right ear due to wax build up. This started on Friday and because of the holiday today is the first day I am calling to make an appt. Its worse now in my sinus's and having trouble with dizziness. I love dr Mokarry! He’s thorough and kind and does everything possible to help his patients.
Without insurance by the phone they telling it will cost $250, but in the office it’s automatically $375 🤷🏻♀️
This was beyond a horrible experience. I had scheduled an appointment with Dr. Mokarry at their Elk Grove location for a ringing ear issue I really needed to get resolved. A couple of days before my appointment, a person from the office called to tell me that the doctor could not see me at my scheduled appointment due to having surgeries that week.
