This is a poorly managed practice. I had a bit of an urgent need to see a doctor, they didn’t have any appointments for 10 days. I took the first available. Day before the appointment, they called me up and canceled my appointment, reschedule it for the following Friday. Thursday, they called me and cancelled the Friday appointment. My review is specific to the audiologist (Zein Rahman) who helped me with my first set of hearing aids. He was incredibly attentive and helpful in getting me up to speed. He was exceptional at listening to me and my questions/concerns about hearing aids. And, of course answering them. I was most impressed, however, at the time he took to sit with me and contact my insurance to make sure that my hearing aids would be covered. It was past 5pm and the office was closed. I can't speak for all the doctor's in the practice but, unfortunately I would not recommend seeing Dr. Garrity if you think you have an issue that needs prompt attention. My initial visit was ok...he was polite and straightforward. But after that it all went down hill. He told me to come back the following week and have a sinus CT scan done in the office. Great. I was in and out in 5 minutes but then after that it took him almost 5 WEEKS to read the result of the scan and get back to me with what he found (and I called at le... read more
SO WEIRD THERE. They had like 5 people come in for training… announce that maybe? The entire experience was awful. I feel like anything medical related should involve the nurse or doctor explaining to their patient what tests will be done and tell their patient each step along the way. Geeze made me feel like I was in an asylum or something. Bad vibes. Super weird doctor. No thanks!
Doctor thought he was above answering questions, which is surely a part of his job description. He was annoyed that I even asked them, and stood up to leave after giving single-sentence answers. Rolled his eyes at a nurse and then scurried away after she acknowledged that he did it. He told me verifiably false information (false per other more qualified doctors).
