I feel so much better and it is always pleasant to go to Dr. Varela's office. The doctors and staff are so professional and helpful but most of all relaxed and friendly. I go in weekly to the Emmanuel office to get immunology shots. The entire staff recognizes me each time I come in, and know me by name. Jonathon, who sits at the desk even recognized me by name over the phone. It may sound like a small thing, but it sure makes me feel valued. Recently my husband lost his job, and finances have been a pain. The folks at NW ENT & Allergy have been so accomodating, and have never once made me feel bad about it. I highly recommend NW ENT!!
