Super friendly staff, from start to finish. They answer every question and help you feel like they don’t have anywhere else that they need to be. Every nurse was amazing. Especially Bri and Marta!!
Lady called me to ask me questions before my colonoscopy. She was rude, short, apathetic, impatient, and spoke over me. Now I am supposed to trust these people to sedate me and stick a camera up in me. Our conversation gave me about 5 times more anxiety than I already had. Terrible experience.
My experiences have been great at this facility specifically with Marta who made me feel comfortable with her wonderful sense of humor and kindness. She truly cares about her patients and it shows.
I don't give many reviews, but this team earned it! Thank you for the best experience ever!! Love the friendliness and Dr. Johnson, thank you for the sense of humor!! Special shout out to Mary, Brian and Lindsey & of course Dr. Johnson!! You all have a great team!! Congrats on 20 years, have fun celebrating!
I have never experienced such an uncomfortable situation before as I did with Marta. She was the RN for my procedure and at first seemed great. Then I realized the show she puts on for patients, which is fine in customer service to a point. But then I watched how she treated her coworkers and was astonished with how her behavior can even be allowed in such a work environment.
