The patient should CHOOSE where they go for treatment, but they manipulated someone who has mental health issues and decided to use that against her to make it convenient for them. I have to agree with Sue. Maybe the lady in the billing department needs an updated Customer Service course on how to speak to customers. I'm a senior citizen and have worked many, many years in the accounting, insurance and billing field. If my tone was like this lady I would have been fired. Over talking me as if I had no idea what I was talking about. My husband is a veteran and I tried to be nice and tell her what the VA billing department told me.
