Billing department send me a bill. I call to find out what’s it about and the lady flipped out wouldn’t tell me who they are or what they do or what the bill was for..

Northwest Physicians earned this two star review from me because their billing department is horrible. I work at one of the medical facilities their physicians are contracted with. I was seen for two different occurrences for workers compensation claims. Safety reports were filed for both occurrences. The claim and reports were forwarded to workers comp insurance and Northwest physicians. They only billed for one of the two separate claims, and we're informed on several separate occasions by myself, as well as my supervisor.... read more
