Charged my mum £219 to connect her electric cooker, after quoting her £50 did not provide a receipt my mums 74! When i asked for a breakdown of costs and a receipt i was passed between two ppl for an hour and then once i mentioned the police i was blocked!! AVOID
Garden socket stopped working and I was advised I needed a new consumer unit. Charged me £800. Electrics continued to trip and was then advised the hot tub be put on a separate circuit with armoured cable to the electrics. Agreed £200 but tried to charge me £300 when the work was done more than two months later. I used the garden socket for the first time today and it has tripped the electrics and no longer works.
