They absolutely have a beautiful showroom and wonderful selection. However, customer service lacks. I have a problem that has been going on since installation, was told "be patient, we will take care of it" . Well, that never happened and my emails are ignored. I have lights that are defective and randomly turn off, among other issues. (I did purchase lighting for my entire home) . For that reason, I do not feel purchasing lighting from this company is a good idea. Feel free to look, I just would suggest purchasing elsewhere... read more

You hired these contractors of your own choice to build your house, install and wire the lighting products and controls. We were your lighting supplier.
