It took a little time upfront going back and forth via email and the form to explain, show, and clarify what I wanted but once it was done, everything was straightforward and simple. Payment was all online, work was scheduled and completed as expected. Inspection set up for me and happening today. I used the EV charger last night and all good. I found Northwest Electric and Solar through Tesla’s website as a recommended solar installation provider. I was contacted by Theo Frare Davis, but despite replying to him within minutes, it took 5 days for him to send me a quote. When I asked for additional services, he would only reply days later each time. This slow response was extremely frustrating, especially since I made it clear I was serious about moving forward.
