NWES was a preferred provider for the Tesla powerwall battery, so I went with them after reviewing multiple proposals from providers across the region. All in all the install was completed, but major hiccups happened along the way. The communication up front was overall fine and what you'd expect and it appeared that most of their planning emails were templates.
