I took my 2 year old son in today for a second opinion on tonsils and sleep concerns, and I left feeling really grateful for the whole experience. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful right from the start, even going out of their way to help me get the doors open while I was juggling both my 2 year old and my 4 month old. Went to Northwest ear nose and throat for severe ear infection. And saw Dr. Alexander Caten. He was unable to see in my ears from the infection. Was prescribed antibiotic ear drops. came back a week later and given more ear drops after having my ears tested for pressure and hearing loss. After this it was a repititious cycle of returning every couple of weeks for him to look in my ears each time billing my insurance for the visit but never once offering any real solution to the problem or even having the ability to explain w... read more
Dr. Tacia was amazing, but unfortunately her staff not so much.. I called with a medical problem, two weeks postop asking to speak with the nurse. April gave me a call back and just straight up said I don’t know what to do for you. Lmao it was a Friday afternoon I get it. We all wanna go home, but it was frustrating.
Went in to NW urgent care on sunday with pain in my nose, was a cyst that needed looked at fast so they recommended Dr. Caten and to make an appointment on monday. I woke up this morning 10.14.24 and my nose was huge,my left eye was swollen shut and i could feel my heart beat in the tip of my nose and severe pain. Dr. Tacia has been so helpful in figuring out a stubborn problem with my nose and throat. She’s listened to my concerns more than any other doctor has. Everyone else in the office has been so easy to work with, the front desk staff are kind and helpful, it’s been such a relief coming here and getting some scary symptoms taken care of.
