Dr. Minotti is kind, gentle but direct, and highly intelligent. Many of the specialists that we have been to are brilliant but arrogant, abrasive, and condescending. Not Dr. Minotti. He has been so great with my mom who has a paralyzing fear of doctors and medicine and who struggles to communicate clearly. He really put her at ease and helped her make serious progress on some issues that she has been dealing with for 40 years. The staff is very kind and helpful.
