Dr. Huang was recommended to me after I relocated to Seattle area by one of the top specialists in the country out of University of Virginia. Trust me when I say, I have been dealing with otolaryngologists my entire life and Dr. Huang is one of the best. No offense to some of the previous reviewers but if you're going to a specialist, you should expect thoroughness which is what you get with Dr. Huang.
I have been seeing Dr. Huang for many years. She has never been anything but professional, friendly and helpful. She takes time to explain in detail the issue, possible solutions and her recommendations. Her staff are also friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient regarding whatever issues arise.
I 100% agree with everything the previous reviewer wrote about Dr. Huang. I have never in my entire life dealt with a Doctor so combative, childish, inappropriate and unprofessional as Dr. Huang. On the positive side.... Her front staff personnel are friendly, professional and courteous. This was my experience on 9/7/23 and 9/20/23…. One star is generous. My visits consisted of borderline verbal abuse I’m still questioning how to report. I will first state the experience in acquiring her conservative method of treatment was stressful to say the least. (More at the end about the 2 visits in general.)
