I am leaving this review because my wife cannot stop going on and on and on how kind this gentleman was. We had been having problem for the past 8 month with a toilet that has been leaking/over flooding. We had a different plumber out multiple times and they snaked the drain, took the toilet off, sold her a brand new toilet and then said our septic was just full. Steve has been at our place several times over the past few years both for annual inspections and for repairs. He is always very courteous, professional, and honest. Both times I had a septic issue, Steve came out that day and fixed it. Our last issue happened on a Sunday morning, and we needed it fixed that day. He came out within an hour and thought the pump went out (thankfully he had an extra in his truck).
