After a 7 year installation, we had a problem with a Baldwin door hardware set they sold. They knew their product and corrected the issue and had it serviced well within an hours time. They further assisted us in contacting the manufacturer on an unrelated warranty issue which is also being corrected. Their staff, specifically Floyd Ball, was friendly, very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and very professional throughout the process and made our issues go away.
