Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Avoid at all costs. In 2023, we scheduled a paternity DNA test right after our son was born. When we arrived at the clinic, the door was locked and no one was there. After calling multiple times, someone finally answered and said they had forgotten the appointment — and promised to come in 30 minutes. They ended up being over two hours late. Avoid this clinic! This clinic is just a subcontractor—they don’t actually perform the lab work themselves. Instead, they send it to another lab but charge you much more. I did a prenatal DNA test here, and the turnaround time was far longer than promised, with no results and very little communication. Out of frustration, I ended up going directly to DDC, where the process was much smoother. They provided results faster than this clinic ever did. The lack of communication here is alarming. Northwest DNA Testing provided exceptional service. Tom prioritized my needs, arranging for my daughter’s aunt to collect the DNA sample. The fair price and impeccable service made it a worthwhile experience. While waiting, my daughter and his son played with toys, and he graciously offered to watch my daughter if needed, something came up and I needed to run to my car.
