Gary at NDS has been my go to for disaster relief work from mold remediation and water damage to restoration. Always been easy to deal with on my end of Real Estate transactions. Top notch
I am a realtor and have used NW Disaster Services for over 10 years. They are honest, thorough, and do not use scare tactics with my clients. They stand by their warranty and they are timely, prompt, and do what they say they will do. After using them for approximately 20 times and seeing their bids compared to other disaster/remediation company bids I am always happy I chose NW Disaster. Many realtors use them for these reasons.
Below 1 star! We just bought a house that this company DESTROYED. Our win, as we got a good price, but the loss of many others. They are being taken to court by the previous owners and seem to be frequent visitors of the courts from what I hear and read. Beware! And if the owners are reading this, shame on you. Be better!
